Maa Lakshmi is the goddess of wealth, fortune and prosperity, consort of Bhagwan Vishnu. She bestows both material and spiritual abundance on sincere devotees. Diwali and Dhanteras are her principal festivals, when homes are cleaned, lit with diyas and opened to welcome her blessings.

माँ लक्ष्मी धन, वैभव और सौभाग्य की देवी और भगवान विष्णु की अर्धांगिनी हैं। वे सच्चे भक्तों को भौतिक व आध्यात्मिक समृद्धि प्रदान करती हैं। दीपावली और धनतेरस उनके प्रमुख पर्व हैं, जब घर स्वच्छ कर दीयों से सजाए जाते हैं।
